Founded in Round Lake, IL, our team at John’s Fence, Inc. have been a leading name in the fencing industry for 20 years. The Process

1. Receive an estimate
2. Finalize the contract (a copy of the Plot of Survey will be required)
3. HOA approval letters will be secured by homeowners if applicable
4. Securing  the permit (John’s Fence, will secure the permit if needed)
5. Once the permit is issued John’s Fence, will contact JULIE DIG (811) so they can mark utilities (private lines will not be marked, e.g. sprinklers)
6. Any post hole/ footing inspections will be scheduled by John’s Fence, Inc.
